First monthly insight, April 2026

This is Roger Shorr and I want to thank you for signing up for the NPB Society’s Monthly Insights.

This is the first one I’ve sent out, and I intend to keep our Monthly Insights both informative and helpful.

This Monthly Insight will be based upon new beginnings and truly, some of the fundamentals of real and lasting change.

We are The NPB Society and our motto is:

In Servitio Humanitatis.
This means “In the Service of Humanity”.

In keeping with our motto, I would like to discuss the critical importance of a positive attitude.

Many things in our lives are beyond our reach, but fortunately, some incredibly important things are easily within our grasp. However, I believe we need to be keenly aware of them and work diligently on them. Perhaps one of the very most important things we can work on and improve upon in our lives is our attitude.

Remember, every day is a gift. Some days are certainly more enjoyable than others, but still, there’s always some good that you can find in each and every day. Always look for the good in your day(s) because the number of days that we have are almost always unknown to us. Fill your days with as many good things as you can.

If you’re interested in improving your physical condition and/or appearance, look at yourself carefully in the mirror and focus in on what you want to change.

And if you don’t mind, look at yourself in the mirror wearing a bathing suit.

Honestly, are you happy with what you see or would you like to change it? Or, does it not really matter to you?

No matter how good or bad is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is do you want to improve upon what you see. This is a very personal matter for only you to decide upon. No one else, in my view,

is anywhere near as important in this decision as you are.

If you decide that you will work towards improving, be certain to use each and every day as a tool. A day where you can employ smart eating, great attitude and wonderful exercise

is a fabulous tool for getting you what you so keenly desire.

And above all things, when you look in the mirror, smile at yourself and try to smile at other people around you as it really can be contagious.

Unlike a bad cold, I don’t think anyone ever minds “catching” a smile.

Know that by setting a realistic goal and maintaining a positive attitude, you might just be surprised how easily wonderful change comes for you.

And if you visit my website and/or read my book, and even if you do not, it is my profound hope you find more happiness in your life.

Remember, I wrote my book for you…

Thank you very much for your attention.

In good health,

Roger Shorr, Founder
