Hunger is not just physical. It is a primal instinct and we are all born with it. It is mental. It is emotional. It changes by learning to eat new things and as it evolves, it can often go astray and harm us.

When we “diet” to lose “weight”, we are fighting against ourselves! Discover how Hunger Jujutsu transforms your relationship with food by working with and manipulating Hunger instead of fighting against it and ourselves.

Hunger Jujutsu

People believe hunger begins in the stomach. They feel a pull and assume the body is asking for food. I once believed that too. But during my transformation, I discovered something that changed everything.

Hunger is not just physical. It is mental. It is emotional. It is learned.

But here is the deeper truth:

It takes more than the mind to understand hunger.

Understanding is not enough.

Just like martial arts, this is a practice.
A skill.
A craft.

You must learn how to work with hunger instead of against it.
You must learn to redirect it.
You must learn to feel the difference between real hunger and conditioned craving.

This is why I call it Hunger Jujutsu.

In Jujutsu, you do not overpower your opponent. You use their force. Their momentum. Their energy.
You meet the force, blend with it, and then redirect it where you choose.

Hunger is the same way.

If you try to crush cravings with willpower, you lose.
If you try to out-discipline desire, you exhaust yourself.
If you approach hunger the wrong way, you end up by fighting yourself.

But if you learn the right approach, hunger becomes quiet.
Natural.
Aligned.
On your side.

This did not happen to me overnight.
It was learned.
Trained.
Refined.

And once it was learned, everything changed.
Eating was under my control.
Cravings lost their power.
Hunger became gentle again.

That is Hunger Jujutsu.

It is not a diet.
It is not forced discipline.
It is a skill that can be practiced by anyone.

And in The Near Perfect Body, I teach the practice itself.
Not the slogan.
Not the idea.
The method.

Once you learn it, you will never see hunger the same way again.
